We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ YOE to join our fast-growing team. We are seeking a candidate who takes ownership of their work, has a product-focused mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial to help us scale our platform and add balance to our engineering team as we continue our rapid growth.
Responsibilities
Design, architect, and build new features for our AI-powered compliance platform, working across the full stack (Python/Django and React/TypeScript).
Take end-to-end ownership of parts of the platform, from development to deployment and maintenance.
Work on scaling our backend systems to handle more clients, load, and data.
Collaborate closely with the CTO, product managers, designers, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Mentor junior engineers, set a high bar for code quality, and contribute to technical design reviews.
