About this role

The Opportunity

Greenlite is building the future of financial crime compliance. We help banks and fintechs fight financial crime with our trusted agentic platform. We are building a world-class go-to-market team to carry our message to the world.

We are seeking a foundational Field Marketing Manager to own our pipeline generation strategy and execute high-impact marketing programs in our key markets. This is a unique opportunity to build our field marketing function from the ground up, creating bespoke, artisan experiences for our most important accounts.

This role reports to the VP of Marketing and will be a critical partner to our sales, SDR, and executive teams.

About the Role

As a Field Marketing Manager at Greenlite, you'll lead the charge in creating high-impact marketing experiences in highly regulated banking environments. You'll work directly with our sales team and most strategic prospects to design and execute field marketing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate deals at massive scale. Your marketing programs are informed by real customer needs and support our entire go-to-market strategy, so you need to build strong relationships, work effectively with sales and executive teams, understand complex banking buying processes, and adapt quickly.

You're an exceptional field marketer who understands that financial institutions need tailored experiences when evaluating AI for compliance workflows. You'll synthesize disconnected streams of market intelligence into understanding what the most important buying signals are, what the engagement data means, what the marketing mix needs, and where the pipeline impact could be. You're not just executing events—you're building field marketing strategies based on what our most sophisticated prospects actually need to make purchasing decisions.

Please Note: We work in-person Monday through Friday in our SF office.

What You'll Do

Your mission is to build a world-class field marketing engine that generates and accelerates pipeline for our most strategic accounts. You will be the master of creating exclusive, high-touch experiences that build deep relationships with our target buyers and position Bretton as the trusted partner in their AI journey.

Success in the first 6 months looks like:

  • Pipeline Ownership: You have successfully initiated and influenced a significant portion of our pipeline goals through a series of well-executed field marketing programs.

  • Event Mastery: You have designed and executed a series of high-end, intimate events—including executive dinners, roundtables, and private briefings—that have resulted in new business opportunities and deepened relationships with our Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts.

  • ABM Excellence: You have built and managed a successful ABM program that delivers personalized, multi-channel campaigns to our top accounts, resulting in measurable increases in engagement and meeting bookings.

  • Market Presence: You have established a strong Bretton presence in our key markets (KC, NYC, Charlotte, Chicago) through a regular cadence of events, executive engagement, and conference participation.

  • Content Aware: You are trusted as an input to our content process because you’ve spent time with customers and immersed yourself in the space.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of generating pipeline and executing successful events.

  • Experience in enterprise software or financial services is a must. You need to understand how to market to large, conservative organizations with long sales cycles.

  • A master of event marketing. You have a passion for creating unique, memorable experiences and a meticulous eye for detail.

  • Deep experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You know how to design and execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns that get results.

  • A strong sense of ownership and a bias for action. You are comfortable with ambiguity and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time to our key markets and events.

Bonus points:

  • Experience marketing to financial services buyers in compliance and risk.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and ABM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense, Demandbase).

  • Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.

About You

You're a field marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategic planning and flawless execution. You understand that effective field marketing means diving deep into customer challenges to create experiences that drive real business outcomes, not just hosting generic events. You're comfortable balancing creative programming with data-driven pipeline generation, and you want your marketing expertise to have direct, measurable impact on how financial institutions discover and adopt Greenlite to fight crime.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $140k - $160k + equity

  • Comprehensive healthcare, 401k matching, commuter benefits

  • 15 days PTO + holidays, unlimited sick days

  • Flexible leave options

  • Working late? We've got you covered with DoorDash and an Uber home

  • Professional Development: Annual budget for conferences, courses, and books
