About you:
You enjoy helping customers get real value from the products they use. You’re comfortable working at pace, managing multiple customer interactions, and using clear, simple communication to solve problems.
You like working in a structured environment where you can prioritise tasks and respond to customer needs quickly. You’re confident using data and customer signals to guide your actions, and you know when to take ownership and when to raise something for support.
You’re motivated by making things easier for customers — whether that’s resolving an issue, improving how they use a product, or guiding them to the right resources at the right time.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Respond to customer requests and system-generated tasks through a shared queue, prioritising based on urgency and customer health indicators.
• Support customers through onboarding and beyond, helping them overcome adoption barriers and get the most from our products.
• Deliver structured customer interactions such as check-ins and ongoing communications to drive engagement and product usage.
• Work closely with support and product teams to resolve issues, while keeping customers informed and ensuring a smooth experience throughout.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience working in a customer success or support environment, ideally within software or a SaaS (software as a service) business.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Confidence using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and handling case-based workflows.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with a focus on creating simple, helpful customer interactions.
