As Director of International Sales (USA & UK), you take ownership of proactive outbound sales in two of our most dynamic regions. You operate as a senior individual contributor, driven by results and energized by the hunt, while also serving as a mentor and strategic partner to our proactive sales team. Two regions – endless opportunities.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Owning the proactive international sales strategy for the USA & UK, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
-Identifying, targeting, and converting high‑value accounts through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic relationship building.
- Acting as a senior hunter, personally leading sales visits, pitches, and negotiations for key opportunities.
- Coaching and mentoring proactive sales team members-sharing best practices, supporting pipeline development, and elevating outbound performance
- Representing the hotels at international tradeshows, client events, and sales missions across the USA & UK.
- Building long‑term commercial partnerships with agencies, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders.
- Preparing proposals, RFP responses, and commercial agreements in collaboration with the wider sales team.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to guide strategic direction.
- Collaborating closely with Revenue Management to align pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
- Liaising with the respective GSOs
- Reporting directly to the Director of Sales.
Be able.
-Completed degree or vocational training in sales, business, hospitality, or a related field.
-Several years of experience in proactive, outbound-driven sales, ideally in international markets.
-Proven success in hunting, pipeline creation, and closing enterprise-level deals.
-Strong ability to influence, coach, and elevate others without direct managerial responsibility.
-Excellent communication skills and cultural fluency when working across the USA and UK.
-Confident presence, strong negotiation skills, and a results‑oriented mindset.
-Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
-Willingness to travel internationally as required.
