A társaság 2004 novemberében olvadt be a Continental ContiTech divíziójába, 2014 óta pedig ContiTech Magyarország Kft.-ként folytatja működését. Napjainkban a vállalat a műszaki gumitermék gyártás három nagy területén vesz részt aktívan: gumikeverékek; haszongépjármű alvázakhoz, kabinokhoz, vezetőülésekhez és vasúti kocsikhoz kötődő légrugó rendszerek ill. járműipari motor és váltótartó alkatrészek.
