About you on this role
The Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Improvement Specialist supports the ISC Improvement organization by executing and sustaining defined work processes, systems, and standards to enable consistent, compliant, and high-quality operations across the integrated supply chain. The role contributes through reliable execution, structured problem solving, process documentation, and capability support. Working under guidance of ISC Improvement Leader, ISC Improvement Managers and Senior ISC Improvement Specialists, the role ensures disciplined execution of improvement activities, supports training and adoption, and contributes to incremental process improvements across aligned sub-functions. The role is well‑suited for individuals who are proactive in learning and problem solving, take ownership of assigned work, and operate effectively under guidance while aligning with established standards and governance.
Responsibilities
- Project Management & Delivery:
Support execution of assigned improvement initiatives within a defined scope, including data gathering, documentation, tracking, and reporting. Contribute to implementation of solutions and ensure adherence to defined timelines, standards, and governance. - Escalation Management & Resolution:
Provide first-level support for operational and process escalations, performing initial analysis and coordinating with cross-functional teams (Operations, Planning, Logistics, Capability, and IT). Escalate complex issues appropriately and support resolution and closure. - Metrics & Performance Tracking:
Track and maintain defined process metrics and performance indicators to support visibility of performance and identification of gaps. Contribute to data collection and basic analysis to enable fact-based decision-making. - Process Documentation & Standardization:
Maintain and update supply chain work processes, SOPs, business rules, and knowledge repositories to ensure consistent execution, compliance, and alignment with established standards. - Training & Capability Support:
Develop basic learning materials (job aids, process guides, and training content) in collaboration with SMEs, and support coordination and delivery of trainings to reinforce adoption of standard processes and tools. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with peer team members and stakeholders to support consistent execution of processes and initiatives, ensuring alignment within defined scope and contributing to a “One Team ISC” mindset.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, business operations, business process improvement, or related roles
- Master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Foundational experience in business operations, supply chain processes, or project support activities
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Customer Service processes, including order management and exception handling
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in cross-functional environments
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, or structured problem-solving methodologies preferred
- Familiarity with process documentation, reporting tools, and basic data analysis preferred
- Exposure to training, knowledge management, or development of process documentation and job aids preferred

Understanding of structured problem-solving approaches and ability to contribute to improvement initiatives, including supporting or independently driving smaller-scale improvements using defined methodologies. - Supply Chain & Customer Service Fundamentals
Basic knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and customer service processes, including order management, fulfillment, and exception handling. - Project Execution & Coordination
Ability to support project activities and independently manage smaller initiatives, including documentation, tracking, coordination, and reporting within a defined scope. - Data Analysis & Basic Metrics Interpretation
Familiarity with data, reports, and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making. - Training & Learning Support
Ability to develop basic training materials (job aids, process guides) and support delivery of learning and knowledge transfer activities. - Collaboration & Communication
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, communicate clearly, and contribute to team objectives in a collaborative environment. - Adaptability & Learning Agility
Openness to feedback, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new processes, tools, and business needs. - Digital & Analytical Tools (Basic Proficiency)
Familiarity with standard digital tools, systems, and platforms used for data analysis, reporting, and process documentation.
