The role
We are looking for an Assistant Cabinet Operations Manager to work with our Customer Development team in CD Technologies & Digital Transformation.
Assistant Cabinet Operations Manager focuses on selling systems strategy, Cabinet Asset Management and operations for the entire Ice cream business in Turkey & Cyprus. “Cabinet Operations” has several aspects where a range of different skill set is required.
What you'll be responsible for
- Responsible for strategy and efficiency of CAPEX, purchasing, placement, supply and repair and maintenance operations for all Ice Cream cabinets.
- Finds opportunities for cost avoidance, interfaces 3rd party services and aftersales department of suppliers, provides savings.
- Analyzes cabinet & customer trends including market, financial and operational figures. Leads cabinet placement strategy and proposes optimum cabinet requirement and investment plans.
- Manages the cabinet scrapping & refurbishment processes in Cabinet Innovation Center.
- Manages the team of 4 in Cabinet Ops, works close with suppliers, account & area sales managers. Ensures customer service on time, considering seasonal needs and logistic constraints. Manages local cabinet price negotiations with suppliers.
- Owns cabinet repair and maintenance (R&M) operations, consists of 3rd party and own personnel services and spare part inventory management.
- Owns operational improvement of entire cabinet operations based on current and future business & customer needs. Ensures standardization and efficiency to minimize number of idle, lost and scrapped cabinets while maximizing the service levels. Gathers the project teams and takes full responsibility for project timeline from design to delivery of the projects.
- Analyzes root causes of problems and finds solutions by collaborating local and global teams.
- Based on set KPIs, evaluates operations and updates project stakeholders and upper management. Contacts global teams to benchmark with other countries.
We're looking for someone who
- University Degree
- Being eager to work closely with multinational teams and also with top management
- Demonstrated skills and capabilities in analytical thinking & complex problem solving
- Multi-stakeholder management capability
- Enthusiasm for making Ice Cream business pioneer supplier in digital, knowledge-based world
- Excellent written and spoken Turkish & English is a must
- Have an experience about project management with multi-stakeholders
