Perform maintenance, repair, and calibration of hospital facilities and infrastructure according to established standards. Conduct routine checks of water and electricity sources and maintain detailed operational logsheets and reports.
Requires a minimum Vocational High School degree in Electricity, Machinery, or Electronics with at least one year of engineering experience. Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and the physical ability to perform manual labor.
•Carry out maintenance and repair of facilities and public facilities and infrastructure in the hospital environment in accordance with established standards
•Carrying out maintenance, repair, replacement and calibration activities for public facilities and infrastructure according to schedule using preventive and corrective maintenance programs and correct methods/regulations
•Carry out routine checks and documentation of the condition and function of public facilities and infrastructure, including water sources and electricity sources, to ensure maintenance standards have been achieved, implemented and maintained
•Fill out daily logsheets regularly for designated areas
•Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as a responsibility to superiors and other related parties
•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
