About this role

Dealops is seeking a Founding Account Executive to help define and own our early GTM motion. You’ll work closely with the CEO and founding team to build the sales machine from the ground up, own the end-to-end pipeline, and shape how we win mid-market and enterprise customers at a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup.

What youll do

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from sourcing and qualifying to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Take ownership of building the sales playbook and drive our go-to-market motion, defining ICP and messaging to the deal process.
  • Work closely with the CEO and founding team to shape the GTM machine and provide market insights to the product roadmap.
  • Create target lists, run outbound experiments, and iterate on messaging weekly to build a robust pipeline.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, navigating buying committees that include RevOps, Finance, Sales leadership, and Legal/Security.
  • Source your own deals through your network and creative outbound strategies, operating in a full-stack capacity.

What Dealops is looking for

  • 2-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying role at a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS startup.
  • Founding AE experience.
  • Proficiency in full-cycle sales (prospecting to closing deals).
  • Proven track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals ($50K-$100K+ ACV).
  • Experience leading complex sales cycles involving buying committees (RevOps, Finance, Sales leadership, Legal/Security).
  • Track record of 150%+ quota attainment.
  • Experience sourcing deals through personal networks and creative outbound strategies.
  • Experience building a sales playbook and defining ICP, messaging, and deal process.
  • Must work in-person in San Francisco 5 days/week.
