XYZ Reality currently has three open positions. **Account Executive, Mission Critical:** This on-site role involves generating new revenue by solving customer challenges through the XYZ Reality Solution. Responsibilities include developing business relationships within assigned accounts, identifying key contacts, acting as a trusted advisor, managing accounts through the sales process, and implementing sales strategies. Candidates should have experience in technical complex enterprise sales, handling 6+ figure deals, and excellent communication skills. Experience selling into Mission Critical businesses within Construction is a plus. Key responsibilities include developing and managing deployment strategies, acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders, monitoring progress, ensuring deployments meet requirements, and driving operational readiness. Ideal candidates will have a construction background, good working knowledge of Primavera P6, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership skills. The Account Executive positions require experience with Salesforce.com, MS Teams, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Gong. The Deployment Manager position requires a good working knowledge of Primavera P6. All three open positions are on-site.
