The World Economic Forum is currently hiring for the following positions: * **Account Manager, Partner Strategy, Asia Pacific:** This hybrid role requires the ability to work on-site 3 days per week. The Account Manager will focus on building and reinforcing strategic relationships with senior executives from Forum Partner companies in the Asia Pacific region (ASEAN countries, Korea, North Asia and Australasia). Responsibilities include developing in-depth understanding of Partners’ strategies, ensuring retention by developing tailored engagement plans, onboarding senior executives, and monitoring Partner news and health. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of relevant experience, including engaging with senior private sector stakeholders in the Asia Pacific Region. The candidate must be able to travel up to 40% for Partner visits. * **Head of Partner Development, North America:** This hybrid role, with a salary range of $200,000 - $240,000, will lead a team of three Partner Development Leads. Responsibilities include setting and executing the North America partner acquisition strategy, fostering a culture of collaboration, and driving regional growth. The Head of Partner Development will also lead high-level engagements with senior executives. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of professional experience, and the ability to travel up to 50% across North America. The role requires on-site presence 3 days per week. * **Regional Manager, Partner Development & Account Management, Asia Pacific:** This hybrid role requires the ability to work on-site 3 days per week. The Regional Manager will oversee and reinforce strategic relationships and interactions with senior executives from select Forum Partner companies in the Asia Pacific Region, lead the development and conversion of a pipeline of new Forum Partners, and lead internal collaboration with strategic stakeholders. The role entails Partner Management and Partner Development responsibilities. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 7+ years of relevant professional experience. Candidates should be able to travel up to 40% for Partners and Potentials visits.
