Wondr Health is currently seeking to fill the following positions: * **Senior Front End Engineer:** This role is within the Product department and reports to the Director, Software Engineering. This is an Exempt position and does not supervise any employees. The Senior Front End Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications using React Native, Expo, and other technologies. They will collaborate with product and design teams, write code, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, optimize application performance, and work with backend teams to integrate APIs and data sources. This position offers a hybrid remote work policy. * **Director, Product – Wondr Advanced & Partnerships:** This Product Development position reports to the SVP, Product and supervises employees. This is an Exempt position. The Director will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Wondr Health’s metabolic solution. The role involves developing product capabilities, building and maintaining roadmaps, identifying GTM friction points, leading discovery for new product and condition expansion strategies, and driving partner integration efforts. This position offers a hybrid remote work policy. * **Content Strategist:** The Marketing Content Strategist reports to the SVP, B2C Marketing. This is an Exempt position that does not supervise any employees. This position is responsible for the planning, creation, and optimization of multichannel content to drive Adoption (enrollment) and Engagement (ongoing participation with our solutions) across consumer audiences. This position offers a hybrid remote work policy. The Senior Front End Engineer position will utilize the following technologies: React Native, TypeScript, Redux, Zustand, Context API, Jest, Detox, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, RESTful API, AWS, and Native Module Integration. This role requires experience with code reviews, mentoring, collaboration, and performance optimization. The Director, Product role requires experience in Product Management, Healthcare, Digital Health, Regulated Environments, Scrum, AGILE, Product-Led Growth, Telehealth, Weight Management, EHR Integrations, Data Management, Client Onboarding, Operational Processes, Compliance, and Risk Management. The Content Strategist role requires experience in Content Strategy, Copywriting, Performance Marketing, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Social Media, Landing Pages, Behavioral Science, Collaboration, Agile Methodology, Audience Insights, Lifecycle Messaging, Research, Creative Briefs, Microcopy, and Engagement Strategies. All three open positions offer a hybrid remote work policy. General office working conditions can be remote work from home or in the office. Work schedules vary.
