REVENUE OPERATIONS MANAGER (100% Remote outside of Canada)** This role focuses on owning end-to-end revenue execution and data integrity across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for SalesCloser.ai. Responsibilities include revenue operations ownership, forecasting and reporting, compensation and commissions management, GTM analytics and modeling, and cross-functional partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics. **2. CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER (100% Remote outside of Canada)** This Customer Success Manager role at PersistIQ requires the candidate to be the voice and advocate of the customer, ensuring they get the most value out of their investment. Responsibilities include owning a book of business, leading retention efforts, and expanding revenue in existing accounts. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS organization. **3. SOLUTION ENGINEER (100% Remote outside of Canada)** The Solution Engineer role at SalesCloser.ai provides technical expertise across the customer journey, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales efforts. This position will be the technical bridge between customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant. The positions require experience with various technologies, including: Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Analytics, CRM ownership, forecasting, pipeline management, commission modeling, data hygiene, analytical skills, and financial literacy. Additional skills include customer success, digital marketing, SaaS, account management, and project management. Some positions require experience with AI and Automation. All of the open positions are fully remote. The successful candidates will be required to provide their own workstation, computer, and headset, along with a fast and reliable internet connection.
