Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field such as psychology, social work, or nursing, along with at least one year of experience. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and youth, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work non-standard hours, such as 3-9 PM, and weekends as needed. Preferred qualifications include certification in CANS or ANSA and experience working with special needs children and adults. * **Account Executive:** This is an on-site position. The Account Executive (AE) manages client relationships, drives revenue growth, and ensures customer satisfaction. The AE identifies new business opportunities, cultivates client relationships, and forges strategic partnerships. The AE reports directly to the President and Founder of Winners Circle Group. The AE maintains a strong working relationship both internally and externally. The AE’s compensation includes base salary plus commission. Required skills include communication skills, sales and negotiation skills, relationship building, problem-solving, organizational skills, and technical skills.
