Responsibilities include running and assisting in activities, charting, leading activity groups, interviewing new residents, maintaining the work area, producing a monthly activity calendar, transporting residents, and documenting progress notes. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, motivate others, and have a cheerful and outgoing demeanor. * **LPN or RN Full-Time Unit Supervisor in Assisted Living Community:** This full-time position requires overseeing the operation of healthcare units, supervising nursing care, assigning duties, coordinating patient care, and administering medications. The Unit Supervisor will also report patient symptoms, develop care plans, prepare employee schedules, and maintain relationships with residents, peers, and families.
