Webster at Rye currently has three open positions. * **Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA - 6a-2p in Assisted Living:** This is a full-time position with shifts available from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. There is also a Baylor Weekends position for 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and several per diem positions available. The LNA will provide patient care under supervision, serve meals, assist patients in the dining room, and maintain a safe environment. Candidates must have attended training as a nurse assistant in a formal course, satisfactorily completed a certification program in the State of New Hampshire, and be licensed in the State of New Hampshire. * **Activity Assistant:** This is a full-time position. The Activity Assistant supports the Life Enrichment Department in enriching the quality of residents' social, recreational, intellectual, and spiritual lives. Responsibilities include running and assisting in activities, charting, leading activity groups, interviewing new residents, maintaining the work area, producing a monthly activity calendar, transporting residents, and documenting progress notes. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, motivate others, and have a cheerful and outgoing demeanor. * **LPN or RN Full-Time Unit Supervisor in Assisted Living Community:** This full-time position requires overseeing the operation of healthcare units, supervising nursing care, assigning duties, coordinating patient care, and administering medications. The Unit Supervisor will also report patient symptoms, develop care plans, prepare employee schedules, and maintain relationships with residents, peers, and families. Qualifications include graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing, a current New Hampshire nursing license, and progressive experience in the nursing field.
