New Business, Enterprise Account Executive (AE)** This on-site position in Rotterdam requires a candidate to create and harvest opportunities with outbound activity. The Account Executive will strategically target companies and prospective buyers to identify their goals, objectives, and pain points, with the goal of positioning VONQ solutions. The role involves managing the sales process end-to-end, building and maintaining a sustainable pipeline, and creating accurate forecasts. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role. Experience within SaaS, Work Tech, HR Tech, Recruitment Marketing Technology, digital marketing, or agency environments is preferred. **2. HR Generalist (28-32 hours)** This on-site position in Rotterdam is for an HR professional to join the People & Culture Team. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including performance management, onboarding, offboarding, and contract management. The HR Generalist will work closely with the HR Lead and other HR colleagues, maintaining People systems and employee data in Personio. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in People Operations or HR generalist roles and fluency in both Dutch and English. **3. HR Generalist (part-time)** This on-site position in Rotterdam requires the same qualifications as the full-time HR Generalist role. The responsibilities are identical to the HR Generalist (28-32 hours) position.
