This position offers a competitive wage and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000. **Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA):** This per diem, on-site position in Franklin County requires a High School diploma or equivalent and successful completion of an accredited LNA program. A valid Vermont state LNA license is also required. The LNA will assist in implementing the client's care plan under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or licensed therapist. Responsibilities include carrying out daily patient assignments, collecting patient and family data, performing interventions, and performing patient care tasks like activities of daily living and vital signs collection. Prior home care and/or hospice experience is preferred. A valid state driver's license, vehicle, and automobile insurance are required. Candidates must successfully pass pre-employment background checks. A sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 is offered. **Personal Care Associate (PCA):** This per diem, on-site position in Franklin County requires a High School diploma or equivalent and that the candidate must be 18 years of age. Under the supervision of the Home Care Aide Staffing Manager, the PCA will assist in carrying out a client plan of care. Responsibilities include carrying out patient assignments, collecting patient and family data, performing interventions, and performing patient care tasks, including activities of daily living and collecting vital signs. Prior home care and/or hospice experience is preferred. A valid state driver's license, vehicle, and automobile insurance are required. Candidates must successfully pass pre-employment background checks. A sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 is offered.
