The role requires being in Wrington at least twice a week. **Support Specialist:** This is a hybrid position focused on bridging human and AI-driven service experiences. The Support Specialist will handle escalations, support platform performance, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities include acting as the first point of escalation for AI-handled contacts, managing customer interactions, collaborating with social media and brand teams, and supporting internal documentation. Candidates should have experience in a customer-facing, digital service, or experience-led operational role. Experience with Zendesk or similar support platforms is helpful, and experience with AI, bots, or knowledge systems is a bonus. The role requires the ability to come into the London Hub office twice a month and requires working five days a week over a seven-day period with weekend shifts on rotation. **B2B Head of Sales - DACH:** This is an on-site position. The B2B Head of Sales - DACH will lead Vivobarefoot’s commercial growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role involves expanding and managing wholesale and strategic partnerships while aligning with Vivobarefoot’s values. Responsibilities include owning and executing the DACH wholesale sales strategy, driving revenue growth, managing sell-in, forecasting, and order planning. The role also involves building relationships with retailers, acting as a brand ambassador, identifying growth opportunities, and monitoring market trends. Candidates need 10+ years of footwear sales experience, experience managing wholesale accounts in the DACH region, and a strong understanding of the German-speaking retail landscape. Candidates should be based within the DACH region and be willing to travel regularly. Native or fluent German, as well as fluent English (spoken and written) are required.
