Knowledge of compliance in insurance is a plus. 3. **Junior Social Legal Advisor:** This hybrid role involves supporting clients with social legal questions and projects. The Junior Social Legal Advisor will work on social-fiscal wage optimizations, social audits, labor regulations, and HR issues. The position requires a Master's in Law, preferably with a specialization or strong interest in social law. First experience via internship or a first work experience in social legal advice, HR or consultancy is a plus.
