Value Retail is a real estate company. Value Retail currently has three open positions available. * **Legal Coordinator:** This on-site role involves assisting the Legal Team with monitoring national legal issues for the Village. Key responsibilities include researching and reviewing legal issues, drafting legal documents, coordinating with various Village teams (Remerchandising, Retail, Marketing, Operations, and Finance), and managing legal aspects of advertising, contracts, and websites. Additional duties include creating and updating Village contracts schedules, drafting various contractual documents, ensuring compliance, managing applications with public entities, and assisting in managing legal issues relating to shop fit. The Legal Coordinator will also assist other Villages' legal teams, update the brand marketing restrictions database, prepare standard documentation, register rent deposits, assist in tenant compliance processes, draft correspondence to tenants/licensees, provide local support for corporate structure issues, create and distribute meeting minutes, and monitor trademark and other IP issues for the Village and Brands. Candidates should be educated to degree level. * **Legal Manager:** This hybrid position is a 12-month FTC based at Bicester Village 3 – 4 times per week. The Legal Manager will support the general advisory activities of the Bicester Village Legal Team, focusing on commercial contracts and marketing (including digital marketing). This role involves supporting various departments, including Retail, Procurement, Operations, Guest Services, Hospitality, and Visual Merchandising, providing legal advice and solutions for marketing campaigns, providing legal advice and support to the online presence and digital marketing campaigns, and providing legal advice and support to Bicester Village’s PR team. This role also supports the Guest Knowledge and Engagement team. The role requires an English law qualified lawyer with up to 5 years’ post qualification experience at a law firm and/or equivalent in-house experience. Experience in Marketing and/or Commercial Contracts is required. * **Guest Relations Ambassador:** This on-site role is for an Apartment Ambassador to join the team at La Roca Village. The role focuses on providing personalized guest experiences within The Apartment and The Suites. Responsibilities include building relationships with high-value guests, supporting the Private Client Services (PCS) team, and participating in events. Key skills include experience in luxury hospitality, tourism, retail, or premium client-facing environments, a strong understanding of clienteling strategies, proficiency in personalized communication and guest relationship development, high emotional intelligence and cultural awareness, ability to remain calm and organized during high guest volume, CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), fluency in Spanish and English, and professional presentation. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English and have flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and high business periods.
