University of Detroit Mercy is actively hiring for three on-site positions: * **Success Coach II:** This role involves supporting the academic success of low-income and first-generation students. The Success Coach II will develop individualized academic success plans, provide academic coaching and mentoring, and offer direct services. Essential duties include assisting students in transitioning to UDM, monitoring their progress, and addressing non-academic issues impacting academic success. Key responsibilities include implementing network infrastructure solutions, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining network hardware and software. A two-year college degree or equivalent is required, along with six months to two years of experience. The salary is $62,917.00/Annually. The work schedule is Monday to Friday 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM. * **Lieutenant:** This position commands and directs the entire investigative and operational sections of the Department of Public Safety at the University of Detroit Mercy.
