The hourly rate is $25.05. * **Ops Manager Hauling:** This on-site management position is responsible for managing the collections activities for commercial, industrial, and residential customers, as well as container delivery and pick up, in a geographically dispersed area. The role involves managing a team of Operations Supervisors, Dispatchers, Operations Clerks, Drivers and Helpers, executing a local market strategy, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing the budget for the operations department. Applicants must have demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead change initiatives. A High School Diploma or GED is required. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience is required. The salary range is $104,400 to $143,550 USD, plus an annual incentive ("MIP") target of 20%. * **Diesel Mechanic C 5pm start time:** This on-site role, under the direct supervision of a Lead Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Manager, involves performing preventive maintenance on diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks. The position requires basic knowledge of vehicle systems to perform routine maintenance and repair. Responsibilities include vehicle PM inspections and adjustments, oil changes, fluids replenishment, tire changes, basic electrical work, and visual inspections. Completion of a certified diesel maintenance program is a plus, but not required. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification T8 PM is a plus, but not required. A valid Driver’s License is preferred.
