Applicants must have 6 months of commercial front load driving experience to be considered. The Front Load Driver reports to the Front Load Supervisor. Essential functions include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, emptying waste receptacles, communicating route changes, and completing work orders. Drivers hired between March 26, 2025, through September 26, 2025, who meet the qualifications are eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus. A valid Class A or B Driver's License is required. * **Residential Helper:** The Residential Helper will work on-site, assisting drivers with residential waste collection. Responsibilities include gathering and carrying containers, emptying refuse containers, and assisting with unloading and cleaning the garbage truck. This position reports to the Residential Supervisor. A high school diploma or GED is preferred and 1 year minimum experience within the sanitation industry is preferred.
