The Financial Planner will work with Relationship Managers to create, update, and present financial plans using financial planning software. Key responsibilities include analyzing client financial statuses, communicating the company's investment philosophy, and providing client service. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, 5 to 10 years of experience in financial planning, and be a CFP® Professional. Experience with MoneyGuidePro is required, and experience with Right Capital is a plus. * **Director of Information Technology:** This on-site leadership role provides strategic and operational leadership across Information Security, IT Operations, and Solutions Analytics. The Director of IT will oversee IT systems, drive innovation, strengthen security, and enable data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include developing and managing the IT budget, leading the IT department, partnering with senior leadership, leading project planning and execution, and ensuring IT systems align with the overall IT strategy. Qualified candidates should have 5-10 years’ progressive experience in IT management and leadership roles, a Bachelor’s degree in information systems, programming, computer science or a related field, and be well-versed in SDLC methodologies.
