The Shelter Generalist maintains a safe, clean, and hospitable environment for guests and residents at the Family Shelter. Responsibilities include completing intake procedures, overseeing shelter operations, responding to resident requests, performing regular safety checks, and maintaining records. The schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 11 pm-7 am, with Friday and Saturday nights off.
