The Development Director will work with the site director, development officer/associate, and the national development team to meet annual revenue goals. Responsibilities include creating and implementing an annual development plan, identifying and cultivating donors, writing grant proposals, and planning fundraising events. The salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 USD. **Development Director (Boston):** This on-site position is located in Boston, MA. Similar to the New Orleans position, the Development Director in Boston is responsible for working with the site director and development officer/associate to meet annual revenue goals. The Development Director will be involved in building new strategies for expanded funding, identifying and cultivating donors, and planning events. This role includes writing grant proposals and managing a fundraising plan. The salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 USD.
