The role requires the individual to be an "Advocate of Empathy", a "Patient Observer," a "Master of the Mise en Scène", and a "Life Partner." You will also be expected to be excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition, and to assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods. **Memory Care Aide $19-21 (Full Time)** This full-time position offers a starting wage of $19.00-$21.00 per hour, with a shift schedule of Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm. As a Memory Care Support Partner, you will need to be an "Advocate of Empathy", a "Patient Observer", a "Master of the Mise en Scène", and a "Life Partner." You will also be excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition, and to assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods. **Memory Care Aide $19-21 (Full Time)** This full-time position offers a starting wage of $19.00-$21.00 per hour, with a shift schedule of Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm. This Memory Care Support Partner role requires the individual to be an "Advocate of Empathy", a "Patient Observer", a "Master of the Mise en Scène", and a "Life Partner." The positions require utilizing the following skills: Empathy, Patient Observation, Documentation, Physical Assistance, Team Orientation, Communication, and Engagement Planning. Successful candidates will also need to demonstrate a positive attitude and possess computer skills. Other required skills include: Resident Care, Active Lifestyle, Friendliness, Collaboration, Support, Caregiving, and Advocacy.
