Requirements include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience. Candidates must be customer-service oriented with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate empathy. Proficiency in computer-based customer service platforms is also required, along with being fully bilingual (English and Spanish) and the ability to work a fixed schedule (Monday through Friday), holidays, and weekends as needed. * **Finance & Accounting Manager:** This is a cross-functional role with responsibilities that include accounting management (overseeing records, closings, compliance, and audits), financial planning (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and project profitability), treasury and liquidity management, tax compliance, and reporting and decision-making. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields, with a postgraduate degree (MBA or Master’s in Finance) preferred. Candidates need 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
