This role involves constant standing, walking, and using hands & fingers. Occasional driving and local travel to training, seminars, and conferences are required. * **Temp Property Manager - Los Angeles 90026 (Angelina Apts.):** This on-site, temporary role requires the Property Manager to contribute to their assigned community by working with a team. The Property Manager is responsible for rent collections, tenant relations, occupancy, financial reporting, regulatory agency compliance, and the physical aspects of the community. Essential duties include establishing a positive relationship with the team, enforcing rental policies, and processing applications. The candidate must work with their team to keep the average number of calendar days for re-renting a vacant unit less than or equal to 5 days. The Property Manager is expected to develop and maintain good tenant relations. * **Property Manager - 90266- 1bed/Util.Incl.(Manhattan Beach):** This on-site position involves contributing to the assigned community. The Property Manager is responsible for all operations, including rent collections, tenant relations, occupancy, financial reporting, regulatory agency compliance, and the physical aspects of the community.
