Desired experience includes MCSA certification, Microsoft Entra, 365 & Intune, Windows & MacOS, backup administration (preferably Rubrik), managing virtualisation technologies, monitoring tools (such as Datadog), Atlassian administration, Service Management/ITIL, SaaS Application Management, and supporting Games Development. * **Service Delivery Manager:** This hybrid position based in Wakefield (on-site 3 days per week) involves managing front-line incident and service requests, developing service desk strategy, and acting as a technical escalation mentor.
