Tactiq is a software development company. Based in Richmond, Virginia, Tactiq is an innovative software solutions provider focused on bridging the gap between retailers, manufacturers, and distributors. The company focuses on the direct store delivery (DSD) industry. Tactiq has a team of 11-50 employees and currently has three open positions. Tactiq is actively hiring for Account Manager positions. These roles are hybrid, offering a mix of remote and in-office work. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of vendor and retail clients within the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) ecosystem. Responsibilities include: * Owning and managing a portfolio of vendor and retail accounts. * Ensuring successful client onboarding and training. * Driving platform adoption. * Monitoring client activity. * Coordinating with internal teams. * Tracking and documenting client communications. * Conducting account reviews. * Collaborating with sales and marketing. * Managing the annual budget for accounts and supporting accounts receivable as needed. Candidates must live in VA, DE, or MD and possess: * 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience working with or supporting SaaS platforms. * Ability to interact with a broad range of clients. * Comfort analyzing usage data. * Strong organizational skills. * Proficiency in CRM tools and productivity software. * Advanced knowledge of Excel reporting tools. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
