Established in 1991, System Studies and Simulation (S3) is a Woman-Owned Business that performs technical services for DoD, NASA, foreign nations, and commercial customers in six distinct categories: • Strategic Planning and Analysis • Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance • Training and Education • Security Operations • Logistics Support Services • Commercial Aviation S3 has executed technical assistance contracts at multiple DoD CONUS installations and sites in Europe, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Afghanistan. S3 support to U.S. military forces spans strategic, operational, and tactical levels of planning, training, and logistics support S3’s support to our nation’s military includes Strategic Planning for Army G3/5/7 Aviation in the Pentagon, National Guard Bureau Headquarters, and the Army Capabilities and Integration Center (ARCIC). We have provided Operational Planning, Unit Training, Institutional Learning, and Tactical Exercise Support for the Army’s 21st Cavalry Brigade, Army National Guard’s Aviation Training Sites (ATS), and the Army Aviation Center of Excellence at Fort Rucker. Our team has supported the AH-64E Attack, CH-47F Cargo, UH-60M Utility, and the UH-72 Light Utility Helicopters, as well as the Javelin Missile New Equipment Training Teams.. S3 has provided flight and C4ISR training to the USAF Air Education Training Command, the Special Operations Command, and Security Assistance Training operations. Additionally, S3 provides research and development, system engineering, modeling and simulation, life cycle management, information technology, knowledge management, cyber security, and business analysis support to the Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and NASA. S3’s business practices and support operations are ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 REV D certified.
