Sunrise has three open positions available. 1. **Mental Health Therapist:** This hybrid position offers an annual salary between $75,000 and $85,000 USD. The role involves working with a caseload of no more than 8 clients, using evidence-based practices like DBT, TF-CBT, ACT, Smart Recovery, and Seeking Safety. Responsibilities include individual, group, and family therapy. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in a related field and preferred licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC) or accepted associate licensure (CSW, AMFT, ACMHC). 2. **Assistant Supervisor:** This on-site role offers an hourly pay rate between $19.00 and $21.00 USD. The Assistant Supervisor will work at the Washington, UT location and be responsible for leading and training life coaches, delegating tasks, facilitating training sessions, and managing performance. Based in St. George, UT, the Youth Mentor will support students through daily routines, collaborate with therapists, manage crises, and participate in activities. Candidates must be 21+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license and pass a Utah State background check. Shift options include every other Wednesday and the PM Shift: 1:30pm - 11:30pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.
