The hourly compensation is between $26.50-$28.50 per hour and the schedule is Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5pm, for a total of 37.5 hours per week. * **Manager, Member Service Center:** This full-time, exempt position reports to the Director, Member Service Center, and is based at the Rochester Corporate Office. The Manager, Member Service Center is responsible for overseeing and assisting in the development of the Supervisor, Team Leads, and Member Service Center Representatives. The salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $85,000, and the schedule is 37.5 hours per week, including Saturdays (as needed). The schedule is Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday 8:00am – 2:00pm.
