The Merchant Onboarding Manager will manage the onboarding process for new merchants, coordinating the process from welcome call through go-live and early follow-up. This position involves running onboarding calls, building and managing onboarding plans, acting as the main point of contact, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking progress. The role does not involve sales or cold-calling targets. 1 to 3 years of project management, customer success, onboarding, implementation, operations, or account management experience is needed. * **Marketing Intern (PH):** This is an on-site position. The Marketing Intern (Philippines) will collaborate with the marketing team on various stages of the marketing funnel. This includes creating and publishing engaging content, managing social media calendars, creating content for paid advertising campaigns, analyzing data to improve content performance, and assisting in community management. Ideal candidates will have a strong command of English and Tagalog and be familiar with the Philippine market.
