A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid motorcycle license are required. This role requires the ability to safely operate a full-size pickup truck with a 20-foot trailer. Prior experience in a dealership or powersports environment is preferred.
