Steel City Brand currently has three open positions. **Assistant Warehouse Manager:** This on-site role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and reports to the Warehouse Manager. The Assistant Warehouse Manager supports warehouse operations, inventory, fulfillment, packaging, and ops execution. Key responsibilities include daily warehouse execution (pick/pack/ship), ensuring order accuracy and on-time shipping, inventory accuracy and flow, team support and leadership, packaging and brand standards, process discipline and improvement, and communication and reporting. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and operationally minded, with 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or operations roles. Prior lead, supervisor, or assistant manager experience is preferred. **Order Fulfillment Team Member:** This on-site position focuses on receiving products, ensuring quality, and sending them to customers. The role is based at the East Liberty Headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities include assisting in online order fulfillment, packing and shipping, checking in inventory, examining product for damages, inventorying products in the fulfillment center, and pulling store transfers. The position offers a flexible schedule and is available for 15-20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. **Customer Experience & Fulfillment Support Associate:** This on-site role combines customer support and warehouse responsibilities. The primary focus is providing high-quality customer support through Gorgias, while also supporting warehouse operations when customer ticket volume is lower. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via Gorgias, resolving order issues, using Shopify to view and update orders, and supporting warehouse tasks such as picking and packing orders, returns processing, quality checking, and inventory organization. The roles utilize a variety of technologies. The Assistant Warehouse Manager role will likely use Shopify, scanners, and spreadsheets. The Customer Experience & Fulfillment Support Associate will use Gorgias and Shopify. All three positions are on-site. The Assistant Warehouse Manager and Customer Experience & Fulfillment Support Associate roles are based at the warehouse.
