Applicants must reside and be eligible to work in the US, Canada, or Colombia. **Requirements for the AEM Project Manager positions include:** * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. * 4+ years of project management and/or a Scrum Master experience in a digital product, web, or full-stack delivery environment. * Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager. * Proven experience running Scrum ceremonies and improving team flow. * Proficiency with Agile workflows and Jira. * Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and content strategy. * Ability to manage stakeholder communication and digital marketing objectives. * Hands-on knowledge of online content management for various devices. * Strong stakeholder management skills, translating business needs into executable delivery plans. * Strong written and verbal communication, experienced with status reporting and risk management. * Ability to understand dynamic enterprise workflows and processes quickly. * Availability to overlap at least 4 hours with the US PDT time zone working hours. * Fluent and efficient communication skills in English. * Ability to work as an independent contractor under an LLC, C-Corp, or S-Corp (for US applicants). The projected salary range for these positions is $47 to $57/hr.
