There are currently three open positions at Splash In. **Car Wash Team Member:** This on-site position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities. The role involves welcoming customers, driving sales (upselling memberships and add-ons), performing light maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring smooth operations. Candidates should be customer-focused, have experience in sales and customer service, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs. **Assistant Manager:** Splash In is also seeking Assistant Managers for their brand new site in Bowie, MD, opening in April. These are on-site, full-time, hourly positions with a pay rate of $22.50–$27.75 per hour. Assistant Managers will help lead daily operations, oversee task execution, and ensure facility cleanliness. They will also be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability through routine maintenance and timely repairs. The role involves building a positive team environment and training team members in sales and operations, resolving customer concerns, and driving membership and wash sales. The role involves monitoring revenue, expenses, and margins while identifying opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or the ability to complete an employer-paid GED program, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 1–2 years of supervisory experience in car wash, hospitality, sales, and/or retail operations is required. Technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or car wash equipment maintenance are a plus. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and in varying weather conditions is necessary. The Car Wash Team Member role requires teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Assistant Manager positions utilize POS systems and operational software, along with skills in operational excellence, maintenance, sales, and customer service. Other skills include inventory management and financial analysis. All open positions are on-site. The Assistant Manager position in Bowie, MD will operate from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with additional hours needed for operational tasks such as cleaning and setup. **1.
