Southern Outdoor Restoration is currently seeking qualified individuals for the following roles: * **Exterior Cleaning/ Pressure Washing Technician:** This on-site position involves pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Exterior Cleaning Technicians will be trained to become experts in pressure washing and gutter cleaning. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with weekly pay. Requirements include reliability, a team mindset, safety-readiness, communication skills, a passion for working outdoors, pride in workmanship, willingness to learn, physical ability to meet job demands, a valid NC Driver’s License and reliable transportation, and professionalism. Construction or exterior work experience is a plus. Essential duties include consistent attendance, and communication. This role involves both pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Cross-training is standard. You’ll rotate services based on season and crew needs. The starting pay is $18/hour for those new to the trade. Up to $19/hour is offered with experience and strong soft skills. The compensation is $17–$20/hour+ for advanced experience and soft skills. * **Lead Technician Promotion - Internal Applicants Only:** This on-site position is for current Southern Outdoor Restoration employees only. The company is looking for a cross-trained Lead Technician (PW, GC, WC) for the Raleigh day shift. The ideal candidates will be motivated, have a track record of great attendance and punctuality, and possess great verbal and written communication skills. Additional desired qualities include being engaged, responsive, proactive in communication, a go-getter with a can-do attitude, teachable and coachable, and a problem solver. An authorized driver status and cross-training in WC are preferred. * **Regional Director:** This on-site position provides leadership and oversight of all aspects of its Raleigh region Sales/Revenue and Operations. This senior leadership role is responsible for the overall performance, revenue growth, expanding market presence and operational excellence of the Raleigh region. The Regional Director is the senior leader for the Raleigh Region, accountable for driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring disciplined sales execution that translates into profitable work. The position requires experience in superior leadership and diplomacy, sales and revenue oversight, and P&L management, in addition to mentoring and motivation skills.
