The MSSP Analyst L1 must also maintain Metric goals, SLA goals, and customer satisfaction goals. This position is on-site and based in the United States. * **SOC Analyst L1:** This on-site role within a 24x7 team involves analyzing and responding to all security and service-related events. As a first-line security analyst, the SOC Analyst L1 will monitor security consoles and escalate change requests and security events to the appropriate department. This on-site position is based in the United States. The roles at SilverSky require experience with various technologies: * **Service Desk Specialist L2:** Requires expertise in client-side components (Outlook, Outlook Express, Mac Mail, Outlook 2011 for Mac, OS X, and Mobile Devices using POP & IMAP), SMTP message flow, troubleshooting connectivity issues, Exchange 2010– 2019– Office 365, Active Directory, Network Troubleshooting, PowerShell, Exchange Management Console, Mobile Device Management, Whitelisting, Blacklisting, and Spam Scoring. * **MSSP Analyst L1:** Requires skills in technical support, customer service, troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Exchange, Office 365, SMTP, and email headers. * **SOC Analyst L1:** Experience is needed with Firewalls, IPS, IDS, Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux, TCP/IP, Networks, AWS, CDN's, Vulnerability Management, SIEM, and DRM.
