Master Scheduler:** This on-site role supports Production Control, Material Planning, Operations, and Logistics teams. The Master Scheduler develops and maintains the Master Production Schedule, coordinates with various departments, analyzes data, and manages inventory. Key responsibilities include production planning and scheduling, cross-functional coordination, analysis and reporting, inventory and material flow management, and schedule adjustments. Candidates should have experience with ERP/MRP software, planning materials and scheduling production, and possess strong communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. **2. Tool & Die Maker:** This on-site position involves constructing, modifying, and conditioning multi-station metalworking dies. Responsibilities include machining, layout, assembly, and conditioning procedures. The shift schedule is Monday – Thursday; 4:00pm – 2:00am. Effective 2/9/26, the schedule changes to Monday – Thursday; 3:00pm – 1:00am. An additional 10% shift differential is provided for off-shift work. Applicants must possess Tool & Die Maker Journeyman Papers. **3. Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician:** This on-site role is responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment. The training period is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Post-training is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with one assigned day each week working 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The technician will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and install equipment. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in maintenance or a related technical field, along with strong electrical knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
