A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Art Therapy, or related field is required; PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology or related field preferred. A valid NYS clinical license (LCSW, PsyD, LMHC, or LCAT) is necessary, along with at least 3 years of experience in a behavioral health, residential, or educational setting conducting mental health/behavioral assessments, evaluations, and interventions. This position offers a salary range of $82,000 - $113,500, based on experience and licensure. * **Security Guard:** This on-site role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. The Security Guard will patrol the campus, monitor premises, and respond to safety or emergency situations.
