The role requires ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards. **Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Project Manager include:** * Directing daily field operations, ensuring crew members follow proper procedures and safety standards. * Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and maintaining workflow to meet project timelines. * Communicating clearly and professionally with customers. * Accurately completing job files. * Inspecting work performed by technicians. * Coaching, supporting, and developing crew members. * Overseeing the setup, use, and maintenance of equipment and ensuring proper inventory of supplies. * Identifying and resolving job site challenges. * Working closely with the General Manager and claims team. * Promoting and enforcing safe work practices. **The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.** Availability for overtime and on-call hours will be required during peak demand or emergency responses.
