They are hiring for both full-time and part-time Staff Biologist I/II positions, a Resources Specialist, and a Project Biologist. Founded in 2011, Sequoia is a California-based, woman-owned, small, and disadvantaged business (WBE | SBE | DBE) that provides environmental consulting services to public agencies and private clients. As a focused biological specialty firm, Sequoia helps their clients minimize compliance issues and meet all regulatory requirements, and facilitate successful construction projects that minimize impacts to biological resources. From permitting strategy to specialized field services, Sequoia specializes in applying our experiential knowledge early in the process to identify potential challenges and avoid any escalated permitting, documentation, and monitoring requirements. Sequoia has a statewide network of qualified biologists who we can call upon to meet any project need.
