Social Media Consultant (Contract)** The Social Media Consultant role is a remote contract position reporting to the VP, Marketing and Communication. The salary range is $20-$30 per hour. Responsibilities include planning, content management, community engagement, campaign management, analytics and reporting, brand consistency, and trend monitoring. Ideal candidates will have relevant social media marketing experience, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization. The selected contractor must maintain weekly availability during a consistent window within standard Pacific Time business hours (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PT), Monday through Friday. **2. Executive Assistant and Board Liaison (Contractor)** This is a remote contract position reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The salary range is $20-$30 per hour. The Executive Assistant and Board Liaison will provide executive and board support services on a contract basis. Responsibilities include executive support, board and governance support, and operations and special projects. Initial engagement is anticipated to be up to approximately 25 hours per week, with flexibility for discussion. The selected contractor must maintain daily availability during a consistent window within standard Eastern Time business hours (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET), Monday through Friday. **3. Vice President, Development** The Vice President, Development role is a full-time, remote position reporting to the President and CEO. The salary range is $120,000 to $150,000 annually. Key responsibilities include leading and growing all aspects of revenue generation, building a diversified fundraising portfolio, cultivating donor relationships, overseeing prospect research, and partnering with the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience, including a minimum of 3 years at a senior leadership level. The Social Media Consultant role requires experience with Social Media Strategy, Content Creation, Social Media Copy, Graphics Creation, Paid Advertising, Community Engagement, Campaign Management, Analytics, Reporting, Brand Consistency, and Trend Monitoring, Content Calendars, KPI Setting, Cross-functional Collaboration, and Microsoft 365 Proficiency. The Executive Assistant and Board Liaison position requires proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Zoom. This role involves Task Management, Governance Compliance, Data Entry, Travel Coordination, Meeting Logistics, Project Support, Follow-Up Coordination, Stakeholder Communication, and Action Item Tracking. The Vice President, Development role's tech stack includes Fundraising, Partnership Development, Revenue Generation, Donor Engagement, Grant Management, Event Fundraising, Team Management, Strategic Planning, Communication, Relationship Building, Budget Management, Corporate Fundraising, Philanthropy, Innovation, Collaboration, and Advocacy.
