Working hours are Monday - Friday, 6 pm - 10 pm, for a total of 18.75 hours per week. The role will include the same customer service duties as the Day Shift position, including phone, email, and live chat. The "Send My Bag - Levels" progression program is available for this position, with salary increases: Level 1 - £29,609, Level 2 - £30,880, and Level 3 - £33,421. The typical working hours for this shift are Monday - Thursday, 6 pm - 2 am, and Friday, 5 pm - 1 am. The role requires 37.5 hours per week, with 5 x 8hr shifts including a 45 minute break.
