Working hours are Monday - Friday, 6 pm - 10 pm, for a total of 18.75 hours per week. The role will include the same customer service duties as the Day Shift position, including phone, email, and live chat. The typical working hours for this shift are Monday - Thursday, 6 pm - 2 am, and Friday, 5 pm - 1 am. The role requires 37.5 hours per week, with 5 x 8hr shifts including a 45 minute break.
