General Labor/Utility:** Schaller Corporation is seeking General Labor on the AFTERNOON SHIFT (2:18 pm - 10:48 pm). This role involves learning the basic operation of 150-1600 ton stamping presses, packing parts according to packing instructions, visually inspecting parts, assisting with die setup and removal, and assisting with coil changes. The position also requires maintaining a clean and safe work area. The position can also work in the Production Weld Cell by loading and unloading metal parts onto weld fixtures and feeders. Forklift experience is a plus. The starting rate is $16.00 per hour. Afternoon shifts will receive an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium. Base wage will be reviewed after 90 days of employment and overtime may be required. **3. Setup Operator/Metal Die Setter:** This on-site Day Shift position requires setting all dies per Quick Die Change Procedures in the allowed time, adjusting feeders, performing coil changes, managing scrap belts and sizing, working with parts conveyors, assisting operators, documenting setup changes, and performing pre-stage operations. Wages are commensurate with experience, and shift premiums are available for Afternoon and Midnight shifts. The base wage will be reviewed after 90 days of employment, and overtime may be required.
