They currently have the following positions available: * **Maintenance Lead:** This on-site position offers a salary of $25 - $28 USD per hour. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, and completing maintenance requests in a timely manner. The role also includes maintaining the overall condition of the apartment community, including the grounds and common areas. The Maintenance Lead should be customer service-focused, possess a sense of urgency, and be responsive to resident and team member needs. There is a $300.00 sign-on bonus offered. The Porter supports building maintenance and landscape efforts to maintain the community in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities include performing work using safe work practices, maintaining community standards with respect to cleanliness, community appearance, and customer service, providing assistance to the maintenance and landscape staff, contributing to occupancy goals by cleaning vacant apartments and common areas, maintaining upkeep of various community amenities, delivering packages, notes, letters, and flyers, completing full/partial paint jobs of units, cleaning BBQ's, picking up loose mail, trash, and debris, and using approved chemicals/cleaning solutions. They will be selling community services and providing outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents. The Leasing Agent will also be responsible for preparing and explaining lease paperwork, as well as preparing vacant units. The successful Leasing Agent is customer service-focused, possess a sense of urgency, and be responsive to prospect and resident needs. They must also have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. This position requires 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or a related field; experience in residential leasing/sales is a plus. Previous experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus and proficiency with computers, Windows, internet, email, and other relevant applications are required. The Maintenance Lead role requires skills in communication, electrical and plumbing knowledge, appliance repair, hand tools, power tools, environmental hazards knowledge, on-call availability, customer service, documentation skills, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, inventory management, emergency response, general cleaning, and team collaboration. The Porter role requires skills in customer service, cleaning, maintenance, safety practices, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and time management. The Leasing Agent role requires skills in customer service, sales, leasing, communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail, marketing, negotiation, relationship management, data entry, property management, technical proficiency, and professionalism. The Maintenance Lead, Porter, and Leasing Agent positions are all on-site roles.
