The on-site role requires customer-service, motivational, physical fitness, problem-solving, communication, and listening skills, as well as time management. Responsibilities include monitoring client exercise execution, maintaining brand standards, collaborating with the sales staff and management to grow classes, and being an absolute VIBE. Required qualifications include 6+ months of group fitness experience or personal training experience. Completed courses/certifications in personal training and/or group fitness are preferred, as is boxing experience. * **Front Desk Associate:** The Sales Associate assists the General Manager and Lead Sales Associate with new membership sales and retaining current members. This on-site role requires excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills. The Sales Associate is responsible for selling memberships, class packages, and retail. Other requirements include the ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system, and the ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours. The candidate must be fluent in English and possess strong computer skills. Responsibilities include executing sales processes, conducting studio tours, maintaining acceptable sales production, emphasizing studio objectives, presenting services to members, booking appointments, and participating in special events. The position offers a base rate based on experience, commission on sales, and opportunities for bonuses based on performance. * **Group Fitness Instructor:** The Group Fitness Instructor position is similar to the Fitness Instructor role. The position also requires leading, instructing, and motivating clients in a 45-minute full-body workout integrating boxing bags with strength training and boxing movements.
